Forms & Packets

In order to facilitate the process, our forms and packets are found on our website.  Not only does this allow you to submit everything much faster, you can also preview everything and answer for yourself some questions of which you might not yet have thought!  As always, we are just a phone call or e-mail away, so please do not hesitate to contact us!

At the bottom of this page you will find the following downloads:
  • Team Leaders will want to review the Leader's Packet.  It contains guidelines on preparing your team for their trip, a timeline and checkoff sheet, plus financial information.
  • The Go Manual has been developed by us to prepare team members to maximize their mission experience.  It contains information ranging from how to run a day camp to accessing your spiritual gifts.  Each member should print off their own copy of the manual.  For a nominal fee, Words To Works will send the team binders and pre-printed tabs to keep them organized.  Leaders can begin using the Go Manual months before their scheduled trip to prepare their team physically, financially, and spiritually.
  • The Summer Intern Packet provides information, forms and applications for those interested in this ten week program.

Some forms must be submitted prior to your arrival.  These are listed and linked in the sidebar of this page.  The very first step is the Register form.  That will get the ball rolling quickly.  Please contact us before you submit any forms that specify dates and costs.
